A proud graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Derick earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering before embarking on a dynamic career with industry leaders like Gallo Winery, Facebook, and Gatorade as well as a couple startups. After years of driving success in these roles, Derick made the pivotal decision to transition into the legal field, dedicating his expertise to optimizing operations at Ariel’s law firm. As Ariel’s trusted assistant, Derick ensures the firm runs smoothly and efficiently, creating a seamless experience for both the team and our clients.
